The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to maintain and repair elevator, escalator, and various conveyor systems, including conveyor, cartveyor and lift in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation except for ordering reimbursable parts. Elevator Maintenance and Repair practices shall be in compliance with Building Standard Act Article 8 (Maintenance Inspection) and Article 12 (Periodical Inspection) by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), manufactures manuals and Elevator’s periodical inspection report of Okinawa Prefecture electrical/Pluming Industry Association.
