The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform the industry of the upcoming requirement for temporary lodging services on Tinian Island, CNMI. Contractors will be expected to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide commercial lodging services on Tinian Island, CNMI while adhering to all local, state, and federal laws, policies, and the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). The lodging services, in its entirety, shall be provided on the CNMI island of Tinian. The Government is not taking questions at this time, however any feedback regarding posted documents will be reviewed. All prospective offerors will have an opportunity to ask any questions once the solicitation has been posted. All interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://sam.gov/). The attachments provided with this notice are subject to change and released versions are in draft stages.
