The specific requirements include updating the Spill Prevention and Response Plan (SPRP) in accordance with current regulations, instructions, and industry practices, providing professional engineering certification of the updated SPRP. The location for SPRP includes Torii Station and Naha Port only. SPRP does not include Senaha Station, Kuwae Tank Farm #1 and #2, Chimuwan Tank Farm #1-3, Tengan Ocean Terminal, and White Beach Tank Farm, Pipeline Sites, and any other identified locations See attached RFQ for further details. Quote must provide proof that key personnel required meet the specifications in Section 1.3 of this RFQ and Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (QUALIFICATIONS). Quotations that do not meet these requirements will be considered unacceptable and therefore will not be considered in the evaluation process for award.
