The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform the industry of the upcoming requirement for MFH Vacant Grounds Maintenance for 718 CES on Okinawa, Japan. The purposed contract action will be firm-fixed price (FFP). Contractors will be expected provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at vacant and assigned DoD Military Family Housing (MFH) units on Okinawa, Japan in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance., in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, base policies, and the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
