Please see attachment titled "RFIs and Responses_Solicitation FA527024Q0010_V1". At this moment, the due date for RFIs has been closed and the quotes are still due on 16 Feb 24 NLT 1400 JST. Amendment 02 Post 9 Feb 2024 The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised PWS document. It was discovered during the site visit held on 9 Feb 24 at 0900 that certain hangars had different number of machines and doors. Please see attached revised PWS document with changes on page 10 in red (Appendix B). Amendment 01 Post 6 Feb 2024 The purpose of this amendment is to notify interested vendors about upcoming pre-proposal site visit on Kadena Air Base, Japan. WHEN: 9 Feb 2024, at 0900 WHERE: Bldg. 95 (Contracting Squadron, behind Dunkin Donuts), Kadena Air Base, Japan We will initialy meet in front of Bldg. 95 so that everyone signs in and then will drive to the following locations. It is the offeror’s responsibility to obtain proper coordination and access to Kadena AB for the site visit. Bldg 780, Hangar 1 Bldg 781, Hangar 2 Bldg 3339, Fuel Maintenance South Bldg 3541, Part Store Bldg 3542, Corrosion Control Bldg 3548, Aero Repair Fuel Maintenance Bldg 3559, Test Cell (with Inflatable seal) Bldg 3542, Shutter Bldg 3548, Shutter All questions/RFIs for this solicitation are due in writing to TSgt Elzara Kimalova (elzara.kimalova@us.af.mil) on 12 Feb 24 no later than 1400 (Japan Standard Time). No other changes were made to this solicitation. Original Post on 1 Feb 2024 The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision, and services necessary to perform inspections, semi-annual preventive maintenance (PM), and repair services for Aircraft Hangar Doors listed in Appendix B on Kadena Air Base in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications as well as commercial practices as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Funds are currently not availabe for this requirement. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer
