This is a solicitation notice for vehicle rental requirement on Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. The proposed contract action will be Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) entered into with qualified vendors pursuant to the same solicitation. The envisioned BPA will be firm-fixed price (FFP), that provides a contract vehicle for the execution of vehicle rental requirements for the various rotational units that arrive at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Contractors will be expected to provide vehicle rentals as listed in the Specifications document. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be NAICS Code No. 532111 and Product Service Code (PSC) No. 2310. During the life of the BPA (3 years), orders will be identified as calls and will be competed amongst those successful contractor(s) who receive a BPA. This vehicle lease BPA requirement will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. When addressing questions concerning any aspect of the solicitation, please refer to the page number, section, and paragraph number of the document/attachment. The Contracting Officer shall receive the questions by email no later than 15 May 2024, 2:00 PM, Japan Standard Time (JST). The Contracting representative will answer questions that may affect offers in an amendment to the solicitation and will not disclose the source of the questions.
