The government is seeking to purchase of Dust Control Fan for Laundry Plant, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. If you choose to offer a proposal, please respond to this RFQ no later than 16:00 JST (Japan Standard Time), 28 July 2023 (or sooner if possible). It is noted that we are requesting new items only. Proposals with any refurbished equipment/parts will not be accepted. 2. Basis for Award. Award shall be made for the lowest priced item that are technically acceptable. 3. Brand Name or Equal. When using an “Equal product” to substitute the requested brand name product, the offeror must include the following: (1) MFG name, (2) Part Number, (3) illustrations, and (4) literature or description to support equal product substitution in your RFQ submission. “Or Equal” proposals will not be considered without the manufacturer’s part number and specifications or detailed catalog excerpt. If you do not provide any comment, the Government assume you are quoting on the manufacturer and part number as stated in the item description. Supplies are of domestic origin unless indicated otherwise. 4. Mandatory Registrations. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors and proposers are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements (IAW FAR Subpart 4.11 - System for Award Management).
