All solicitation documents and information shall be provided in the attachments. The purpose of this solicitation modification is to extend the solicitation to 8 September 2023, 1600 JST from 1 September 2023 to allow for a site survey. The site survery shall be conducted on 6 September 2023, 1300 JST. There shall be no secure/classified areas in the site visit and as such there shall be no clearance requirements for the site visit. All vendors shall bring both their driver's license and either their current and active passport or residence card. This site survey shall not be mandatory and all questions asked shall be compiled and posted with all other questions and answers.
