This is a requirement of maaintenance and repair of military family hosing playgrounds at Okinawa, Japan. The contractor shall provide all management supervision, tools, equipment as required, and labor necessary to ensure that MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OF MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING (MFH) PLAYGROUNDS are serviced in manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The Performance-based Work Statement (PWS) addresses, in derail, all performance requirements. PALCE OF PERFORMANCE: The work under this contract will be performed at Military Family Housing (MFH), Okinawa, Japan. METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of award will be cleary indicated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. TYPE OF CONTRACAT: The Government will award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). DURATION OF CONTRACT: The total duration is estimated to be 5 years from the start of the BPA.
