The scope of work includes the replacement of three network switches, installation of 52 Vindicator 1500 panel boards, and installation of 104 DSL modems, all required hard wired and optical fiber work, and programming of field and server devices. This includes tasks such as: Contractor management; system design; purchase of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and ancillary equipment and necessary supporting infrastructure; installation of all Contractor provided equipment and infrastructure; systems integration of Contractor provided equipment/infrastructure with existing system components and infrastructure and Government Furnished Property/Equipment (GFP/GFE), if applicable; support of GFP/GFE, if applicable, and existing equipment and infrastructure; Contractor Verification Testing (CVT); Contractor production qualification and acceptance testing of non-approved IDS Equipment List (IDSEL) equipment and support of Government operational testing of non-IDSEL equipment when such equipment is proposed by the contractor; Contractor training of site personnel; site support; and Contractor support of Government acceptance testing. Interim Contractor Support (ICS) of the installed and integrated system is also included if ordered by the Government. The contractor will at a minimum install and program all items listed on Appendix B. All network equipment must have proper licensing, functionality, and approvals for Windows 10 operating system. All termination and programming of IDS will be completed by US nationals with appropriate clearance and certifications to install and repair specified equipment. SOME LINE ITEMS ARE BRAND NAME ONLY.
