This is a solicitation for a commercial acquisition using Commercial Acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Part 12 and Part 13). The 718th CES/CEH has a requirement for Waste Water Treatment at Camp Courtney Okinawa, Japan. The proposed contract will be awarded using full and open competition. The government intends to make a single award to the offeror whose offer represents the best value in terms of price and past performance. Solicitation No. FA5270-23-Q-0006 is being issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 221320. Proposals will be accepted when submitted via e-mail to aisha.nance@us.af.mil, or when hand carried, proposals must be deposited in the bid depository located at 18 CONS/PKA, Bldg 99, Kadena AB, Okinawa.
