Please review this entire document and any attachments in full. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFP form shall be completed and submitted in addition to any other quote form utilized by the Offeror. Proposals are due no later than 31 August 2022, 1400 hrs Japan Standard Time. Document for Questions and Answers have been posted. Please contact the SSgt Blia Yang if you have any questons. **AMENDMENT #1** The Government have changed the requirement. Submission of 100% design is no longer required. An updated RFP and PWS have been attached. Please be mindful of the dealines included in the RFP.
