The following RFQ is to procure a Precision Landing Course Service for USAF 320th Special Tactics Units. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to provide expert instruction in all aspects of MFF Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to include support and instruction listed in paragraphs 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7. Training shall be provided by the contractor focusing on the team exiting the aircraft, stack formation, stack movement/route to the DZ, and landing together on a small DZ. Training shall be provided for 24 personnel in a ten (10 +3 back-up) day course of instruction encompassing proven tactics, techniques, and procedures that promote mission success and survivability under stress-induced tactical situations. Jumpers will need guidance and instruction to increase their capability of flying in formation and landing together in a small DZ. DZ size will gradually shrink down to 50 x 50 yards. Instructors will leverage subject matter expertise to provide instruction in accordance with the applicable documents and references listed in paragraph of this PWS.
