The rest remains the same. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following RFQ is for the procurement of First-Spear Aircrew Body Armor Vests. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and the attached Request for Quotation FA527022Q0089 constitute the only solicitation being issued; the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE, and NOT set-aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov . A DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. Please see the attached RFQ and itemized list for further details, and other terms and conditions. ***Question Submission*** Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation by 29 Aug 2022, 10:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time) to enable the contract Specialist to respond. Quotation must be submitted by 06 Sept 2022, 10:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time).
