This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, assupplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resulting contract will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. To satisfy the requirement of FAR 16.504(a)(2) a minimum order guarantee will be placed against the IDIQ immediately after award. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price contract. Unit pricing is all-inclusive. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation: This service requirement is to collect and conduct mosquito and tick sample preparation and provide long-term storage and molecular methods analyses (PCR/RTPCR) per vector specific agents in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) Pacific Region Force Health Protection Vector-borne Disease Agent Surveillance dated 31 March 2022.
