SOURCES SOUGHT 18TH CONTRACTING SQUADRON KADENA AB, JAPAN Subject: Dining Facility Equipment Note: This notice is being posted as a “sources sought.” A formal solicitation may or may not be posted at the discretion of the contracting officer. The government is contemplating a requirement for Dining Facility Equipment NAICS: 333318 – Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing PSC: 7310 - Food Cooking, Baking, and Serving Equipment 7320 - Kitchen Equipment and Appliances Contractors who are interested or capable of providing dining facility equipment should respond electronically to A1C Tahj Guilford via email at tahj.guilford@us.af.mil by August 15 2021, 4:00 PM (JST). Please include the following information in your response: a. Company name and address b. Physical location of company c. Point of contact with name, title, phone and email d. CAGE code and DUNS number e. Capability Statement (Requested) & Product Specifications (Not Required) g. Any questions, comments, concerns, etc. Please do not submit pricing information, we are only looking to improve our eventual solicitation. This requirement will likely not be limited to Contractors in Japan. If the order is placed with a US Company located in the Continental United States, shipping will be to the US Military Receiving and transshipment location in Tracy, CA. Otherwise, shipment will be to Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. Note: This notice, is for information and planning purposes only. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. No awards will be issued as a result of this Sources Sought. The 18th Contracting Squadron does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this Sources Sought the 18th Contracting Squadron may issue a Request for Quote (RFQ).
