Increas... Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Update the SOW from the copy dated 9 Aug 2021 to the copy dated 26 Aug 2021. 2. Remove CLIN 0002 "2.2-Ton – Ceiling mounted A/C Units" 3. Increase the quantity of CLIN 0001 by 2 from 4 to 6. 4. Answer contractor questions. All other terms and conditions remain the same and in full effect. *** Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to post answers to questions that were recieved from contractos as a result of the site visit on 20 August. All other terms and conditions remain the same. *** Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendement is to insert the following language into the RFQ: "A physical site visit will be conducted at 1:00 pm JST Friday, August 20, 2021 at Building 3151 on Kadena AB. All contractors interested in attending the site visit should contact the POCs listed below no later than 12:00 pm JST Thursday, August 19, 2021 to confirm attendance or for any further questions. If you plan to attend please indicate whether or not you have base access or will require a pass for the day." All other terms and conditions remain the same. *** The contractor shall provide and install 7 mini split A/C units (4 wall mounted 2.2-Ton, 2 ceiling mounted 2.2-Ton, and 1 wall mounted 1.4-Ton), 1 condensate pump and associated wiring, fitting, refrigerant lines, drain lines, and support materials located in B3151.
