This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document no later than specified time below. Emails are not to exceed 5 MB. This procurement is being solicited under the Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Amendment - 0001 Effective 6 December 2021 The purpose of this amendments is as follows: 1. Extend the RFQ closing date from 7 Dec 21, 10:00 AM JST to 10 Dec 21, 10:00 AM JST. 2. Add, Attachment 7 - Question Responses. 3.
