This is a solicitation for a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) two year contract for corrosion control services on Kadena AB Japan. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide vehicle corrosion control, rustproofing, and painting requirements. The objective of the program is to bridge the gap in backlog of vehicle corrosion while enhancing safety and extend equipment service life. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
