The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect and test the one E-One 75 foot Typhoon Class Aerial vehicle ladder (11C447) assigned to Kadena Fire & Emergency Services, Okinawa, Japan in accordance with NFPA 1911. A level area with electricity and water will be made available for the inspection. Contractor shall be responsible logistically and financially for shipment of all equipment required for Aerial Ladder Testing. For Ground Ladder Testing, Kadena Fire and Emergency Services is responsible for supplying the required equipment to include a ground ladder tank, roof and extension ladder testing equipment, and a portable saw horse. The contractor shall complete all testing requirements for ground ladder to NFPA 1932 standards for 649 feet of equipment. Please submit all questions by Monday 30 Aug 2021, 1630 hrs JST.
