Subject: Hand Sanitizer Ingredients As part of market research, the 18th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified contractors within the INDOPACOM theatre that are capable of providing the hand sanitizer ingredients, as well as compounding equipment in accordance with the Attachment #1, Hand Sanitizer Compounding . Please refer to the attachment for more details of the items we are requesting. Contractors who are interested should respond electronically to the below email addressed by 1200 JST, 12 Apr 20. Any comments, concerns, etc. Note: This notice, is for information and planning purposes only. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. No awards will be issued as a result of this Sources Sought. The 18th Contracting Squadron does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this Sources Sought the 18th Contracting Squadron may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; however, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against 18th Contracting Squadron shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought or the 18th Contracting Squadron’s use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.
