Please review this entire document and any attachments in full. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document and returning one (1) electronic copy (PDF format), Attachment 2, excel spread sheet Price list, Attachment 3, Provisions and Clauses and other requirements requested on the PWS to the email below no later than specified time. Emails are not to exceed 5 MB. This procurement is being solicited under the Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotations, to include completed price list, and requirements requested on the PWS must be emailed to Marina Joyce Amosin (marina_joyce.amosin.ph@us.af.mil), and TSgt Adam Steward (adam.steward@us.af.mil) no later than 23 September 2020 @ 11:00 am JST.
