This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quote for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote (RFQ); proposals are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. The RFQ FA527020Q0050 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06- 06 May 2020; DPN 2020324; and AFAC 2020-0423. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512 (Computer systems design services). This requirement will utilize full and open competition and will not provide for any socio-economic set asides. Small business size standards are not applicable to this acquisition. 3. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov/, in order to be considered for award. A current copy of a prospective awardee’s Reps and Certs will be validated using the SAM website prior to the issuance of an award. 4. Except for what’s listed within this Combined Synopsis/Request for Quote, and 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Mar 2020) and its addendum, there are no other additional terms and conditions that the Contracting Officer has considered to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with commercial practices. 5. For information regarding the service acceptor or point of acceptance, please refer to 252.232-7006. 6. This notice is a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, all quotations received prior to the RFQ close date will be considered. 7. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: TSgt Darrell Thornburgh at darrell.thornburgh@us.af.mil and Mr. Ken Kuresaki at ken.kuresaki.jp@us.af.mil by 4 Sep 20, no later than 1400 JST. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor their email for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Amendments issued in reference to this requirement will be transmitted via email. Please see attachments for further details. Please follow all instructions listed in the solicitation, SOW, and SOO, and fill out pricing in the attached LOM.
