This Purchase Request is requirement for 403d AFSB, LRC-OKINAWA Transportation Division, Vehicle Operations Branch to provide movement and lift support for Army Units on Torii Station. If not procured Army Units on Okinawa will experience degradation to their mission requirements, and/ or excess cost to DoD to rent commercial equipment and operators to complete their missions. Place of Contract Performance: Okinawa Japan. This is to post the solicitation
