(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation, FA527020Q0013 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document FA527020Q0013. clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101. ?????? (iv) This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE, and NOT set-aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS)code is 561790. (v) See attachment for a list of contract line item number and items, quantities and units of measure. (vi) See attachment for description of requirements for the items to be acquired. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel/labor, equipment, tools, materials/supplies, vehicles and supervision necessary to perform AC and DUCT DEEP CLEANING at various facilities at Chibana Compound and terminal POL facilities on Okinawa, Japan.
