Kadena Air Force Base located on Okinawa, Japan, intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Unify, Inc. in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This Sole Source procurement will be for Unify console software upgrades and maintenance for 18th Wing at Kadena Air Force Base. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the services in the attached Performance Work Statement. Responses may be sent via e-mail to jose.medel@us.af.mil. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination to change the requirement to open competition, based on response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of USAF. If any affirmative written response has not been received by 08:00 p.m. EST on 08 July 2019, a Sole Source purchase order will be pursued with Unify, Inc.
