This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation, FA527019QB045 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-3. (iv) This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE, and NOT set-aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 442110. Price Evaluation Factor. The government will rank all offers by total price. The price evaluation will document the fairness and reasonableness of the total price. PART II - TECHNICAL EVALUATION a. Specifications of the products: Products submitted that are not the brand name requested will be evaluated against salient characteristics provided in attachment 1. Specifications must be within ranges provided. b. Clear Photos of products submitted: Photos will be evaluated subject to end user's determination of uniformity with existing stock/photos provided. If photos are unclear or clearly do not match color/design of photos in attachment 4, the products will be deemed unacceptable.
