The 18th Contracting Squadron at Kadena Air Force Base, Okinawa, Japan, plans to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide Integrated Communications Case to the 31st RQS. 2. The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources, their size classification relative to the NAICS Code. Responses to this Source Sought will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Business concerns responding to this sources sought should articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately for the following questions. 1. Are the specifications for your unit equal to or greater than the Integrated Communications Case (Part number ABP-ITPC-4/2G-2A)? 2. Is your unit self-contained, uninterruptible suitcase style integrated with power audio system with wheels and retractable handle for 2 AN/PRC-117G, with dual 50 Watts multiband FH amplification? 3. Does your unit include DC Outputs: 26V/5.25A, 2 HEAS-1 speakers, AC, DC, Audio Cables, and Storage Space? 4. Is your product available for resell via third parties? IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SEPARATELY FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
