IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SEPARATELY FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
