This is a preliminary notice of the Government's intent to submit a Request For Quotation to FBO for services outlined below: The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, materials and tools necessary to maintain clean, safe, fully operational Maintenance of 4 Bay Test Cell Facility, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan in accordance with Air Force and manufacturer's manuals, meeting all commercial and industry standards, as prescribed in section 4.11 "Publications". The contractor shall maintain the facility at a fully operational level. Operation and maintenance primarily includes, but is not limited to: • Preventive Maintenance • Installation, service, and replacement of Equipment • Maintenance/Repair Calls The scope of this contract covers the entire structure, all equipment (excluding furnishings), all tanks, all pits, all outbuildings, all piping, oil/water separator, Automated Data Acquisition System (ADAS) (see further detail below) and all other systems and components within the structure. Maintain, repair and upgrade as required all hardware (to include processors, switches, power systems, connections, etc.) associated with the control system. Configure, and upgrade all software that operates the test facility. Contractor shall perform upgrades required to the system at the direction of the facility Contractor Officer Representative (COR) and approval of the Contracting Officer (CO). The Contractor will provided annual training on the ADAS.
