The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor/manpower and appropriate license(s)/qualification(s) necessary to perform pump out waste water and cleaning services of skimming pits, recovered fuel tanks and oil/water separators at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA facilities): Chimuwan Tank Farm #1, 2 & 3 (Tengan), Kuwae Tank Farm #1 & 2, White Beach Tank Farms, Okinawa, Japan.
