1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA5270-19-Q-A007 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Municipal Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Service on various military locations on Okinawa Japan from 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2019 with 3 months optional period from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quotation. 2. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2005-101 - 10-26-2018; DPN 20190215 - 15 Feb 2019; and AFAC 2018-0525 - 25 May 2018 3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111 Solid Waste Collection. This requirement will be a full and open procurement and will not provide for any socio-economic set asides. Small business size standards are not applicable to this acquisition. 4. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov/, in order to be considered for award. A current copy of a prospective awardee's Reps and Certs will be validated using the SAM website prior to the issuance of an award. 5. For information regarding the service acceptor or point of acceptance, please refer to 252.232-7006 (incorporated by full text) below. 6. The following commercial provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 along with its addenda, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. 7. The Government intends to issue a single Firm Fixed Priced purchase order to the responsible quoter that meets following factor: Price and Past Performance. 8. All quotations, and/or questions shall be submitted in writing, via email to Ms. Miyoko Hokama at miyoko.hokama.jp@us.af.mil. Quotes are due no later than 1200 hours JST (Japan Standard Time) on 20 March 2019 (11 p.m. Eastern Time, on 19 March 2019). Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. 9. All quotes must remain valid until 30 April 2019.
