The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform the industry of the upcoming requirement for Lifting Devices Inspection, Testing, Repair and Maintenance at Torii Station, Naha Port, Kuwae Tank Farm 1and 2, Chimuwan Tank Farm 1, 2 and 3, White Beach and Buckner Communication Site on Okinawa, Japan. The purposed contract action will be firm-fixed price (FFP). Contractors will be expected provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor/manpower, and with technical experiences in lifting devices necessary to perform inspections, testing, maintenance, evaluation and certification for all non-mobile cranes/hoists and car lifts, in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, base policies, and the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
