The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to respond to CATM Range Cleaning and Lead Cleaning Services as described in the SOW. Contractor will perform the following, but not limited to, intake filter cleaning/replacement, range exhaust filter replacement, bullet/debris bucket cleaning, and range floor cleaning. Amendment 1 - Q&A (See Attached) Amendment 2 - Site Visit and Solicitation Extension Site visit is scheduled on Fri 10 Sep at 0900 hrs JST in front of Bldg 99, Kadena AB. Solicitation is extended to Fri 17 Sep at 1630 hrs JST. Amendment 3 - Q&A in response to Site Visit (see attachment)
