This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation Sports Official is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA5270-20-A035. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote.This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 - 2 Jul 2020; DPN 20200408- 8 Apr 2020; and AFAC2019-1001 – 1 Oct 2019. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, material, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to perform Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services for all adult intramural, varsity& Youth Sports activities as defined in the performance work statement (attachment #1).
