This procurement seeks to upgrade an existing ODIN Tower System with new 3D radar payload panels to enhance detection of drones, vehicles, and personnel. The panels must be packaged in hard transit cases, integrate with the tower's current dual-camera system for target identification, and include all necessary mounting hardware. Required support includes a minimum one-year warranty and the provision of in-person training OCONUS (outside the continental United States) within a year of purchase. The vendor must demonstrate compatibility with the existing ODIN tower, camera, and processor suite.
