The contractor must remediate residual petroleum-impacted soil and remove fuel-contaminated wastewater at the 36th Logistics Readiness Squadron POL Compound, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Work addresses contamination near Building 26200/Pumphouse 1 Generator and the Product Recovery Tank at Pumphouse 1. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, packaging, sampling, laboratory analysis, and disposal; excavate and remove impacted soils to cleanup goals; package, transport, and dispose of generated soil and liquid waste; confirm cleanup via lab analysis; and restore the excavated area to surrounding grade and pre-existing conditions. All work must minimize disruption to flight operations and base activities. Amendment 0001 updates the SOW dated 14SEP26, Section 4.4, to require removal of up to 900 gallons of fuel-contaminated wastewater/product from the Product Recovery Tank plus one Fuel Bowser containing 600 gallons, for a combined total of approximately 1,500 gallons.
