The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and services to remediate petroleum-impacted soil and remove fuel-contaminated wastewater at the 36th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) Compound, Andersen Air Force Base (AFB), Guam. The work addresses contamination from a fuel release near Building 26200 / Pumphouse 1 Generator and the Product Recovery Tank at Pumphouse 1. The scope includes excavating and removing fuel-impacted soils to meet cleanup goals, packaging and disposing of generated waste, confirming attainment of cleanup standards via laboratory analysis, and restoring the excavated area to pre-existing conditions. All work must minimize disruption to flight operations and base activities.
