This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial vehicle removal and towing services at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam, set aside for small business concerns. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to remove abandoned Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) and associated parts, and to remove/transport Government-Owned Vehicles (GOVs) and equipment from AAFB to the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLA-DS) facility at Naval Base Guam (NBG). Performance will occur at AAFB and NBG, Guam. The contract is firm-fixed-price with an ordering period of up to five years, individual orders not exceeding six months beyond the last day of the ordering period, and a maximum contract lifecycle of five years and six months. The ordering period ends at five years or when cumulative orders reach the IDIQ ceiling, whichever comes first.
