The opportunity establishes a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for nonpersonal Shuttle Transportation Services to support the 36th Wing and mission partners at Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam, including transportation for personnel to various locations on Guam. Services may be required on short notice for deployments, exercises, contingency operations, and regular shuttle runs. The BPA will be administered by the 36th Contracting Squadron, with individual calls placed against the agreement as needs arise. BPA holders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain that registration for the agreement's duration. Performance is located at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, and other locations on Guam.
