BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) Shuttle Transportation Services
A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will establish pre-qualified sources for nonpersonal shuttle transportation services to support the 36th Wing and other mission partners. Services will transport personnel to various locations on Guam, including short-notice support for deployments, exercises, contingency operations, and regular shuttles. Performance will occur at Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam, and other locations on Guam. The BPA is a charging mechanism for future calls, not a contract, and is administered by the 36th Contracting Squadron. Prospective holders must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
