Changes to the price list to include the addition of the daily, weekly, monthly, mobilization cost and services fees for each equipment item, see need Price list attachment. 3. Changes in servicing language from PWS for better understanding that serving issued on BPA call via service fee and to be as applicable. 4. Changes to Combo/Sol to remove need to CLIN section fill-in, moving requiment to Price list only. ------- The 11th Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS), is seeking to establish up to 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for requirement is for the rental, delivery, and servicing of portable sanitation equipment. This includes standard single-occupancy portable chemical toilets, multi-stall luxury restroom trailers ("Cadillacs"), and free-standing portable hand wash stations. The service component includes daily pumping of waste, cleaning/sanitizing units, and restocking of supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.). All products and services will be ordered on an as-needed basis via Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Call Orders issued against the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Delivery timelines will be specified in each Call Order. These BPAs will be used to support the 36 Wing at Andesern AFB and surrounding areas.
