Summary is below: DOCUMENT TYPE: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA524025QM133 SOLICIATION TYPE: REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) NAICS CODE: 333517 - Machine Tool Manufacturing SIZE STANDARD: 500 Employees SET-ASIDE: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside RESPONSE DATE: 18 JULY 2025 at 1000 Chamorro Standard Time (CHST) DESCRIPTION: I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance withthe format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued usingsimplified acquisition procedures. II. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03, effective date 17 January 2025, Defense FederalAcquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 17 January 2025, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DAFFARS change effective 16 October 2024. Site Visit Instructions - FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit (APR 1984) a. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. (End of Provision) b. An optional site visit for interested Offerors will be conducted on Friday, 11 July 2025 from 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM ChST. Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend. Installation access for the site visit must be coordinated in advance. See Attachment 3 – Site Visit Details and Instructions for additional information. c.
