UPDATED 11 DEC 2024 TO ADD "ATTACHMENT 4 - RESPONSE TO RFIs" *Please see all 5 (five) attachments* The purpose of this contract is to provide non-personal Catholic Music Services to the Requiring Activity, the Andersen AFB Chapel. Required services include leading and providing musical services for Catholic Worship services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Catholic Music Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
