The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04, effective date 11 June 2025, DFARS Change effective 17 January 2025, DAFFARS Change effective 16 December 2024 Amendment 001: 1.5.8 Key Personnel: "...Will be provided with POC informations upon award." in reference to POC information. Also to extend the solicitation to 18 September 2025. Amendment 0002: Questions and Answers for the site visit added, and changes to the SOW; "1.5.15 Special Qualifications: The contractor is responsible for ensuring all employees possess and maintain current Vindicator Certifications during the execution of this contract.
