This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain continuous and safe operations of Automatic Sliding Doors at Andersen AFB, Guam. The scope of performance includes preventative maintenance, service calls, replacements and repairs. Additionally, the contract shall provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency services. All work shall be completed in accordance with (IAW) all local, territory, federal laws, regulations that shall ensure continuous and safe operation. The contractor shall maintain records of all work performed.
