These parts are for general maintenance and are required to repair the vehicle to be a safe and serviceable unit. U-30's directly affect aircraft towing capability. We require the parts to fix the asset in order for it to be able to supply flight-line operational, allowing air frames to land on Andersen AFB. See attachments for full requirement details.
