THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKINGINFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THISACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Description of Requirement: The intent of this Requirement is the procurement of the following in accordance with Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics: -Six (6) each Unit Load Device (ULD) Baggage trailers -Two (2) each Slave Pallets See Attachament 1 - Salient Characteristics for further details. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes onlyand is not a Request for Proposals or Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on thepart of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this sourcessought are not off ers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form abinding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it shouldproceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to thissources sought should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission.The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this sourcessought. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solelyat the responding party's expense. The information provided in this sourcessought is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Pleasecarefully review the attachments and respond according to the directions statedbelow. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presentedin suff icient detail for the Government to determine that your companypossesses the necessary functional area of expertise, certification, authorizationand experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that businessconcerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly andadequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary.
