The BASH cannons require full replacement after Typhoon Mawar and additional quarterly maintenance to ensure proper operation and prevent future issues with the system.Technician will fully replace existing BASH system. This includes removal of remaining/damaged equipment, and installation of a new Master Workstation RJSW1, Hand-Held Transmitter, RJSW1b, Base Antenna RJSW 1c, and 30 Ea Remote Bird Deterrent Units RJSW 1e. Additionally, technician will preform quarterly maintenance on the BASH system. This includes: Remote Bird Deterrent Units: • Check remote radios for frequency drift and overall performance. • Load test solar panels for proper output. • Verify charging regulator operation. • Battery inspection. • Check hoses and solenoid valve for leaks or corrosion. • Check fuses and wiring. Scare Away LP Gas Cannons: • Check all components. • Check sparking assembly. • Check Rotomat motor for loose or worn parts. • Lubricate bearings. • Check LP gas cylinders and refill as required. Distress Cry Generators: • Check all components for proper operation. • Check fuses and wiring.
