Andersen Air Force Base, Guam has a design-build construction requirement to Repair Installation Command Post Radio and Antenna System, Andersen AFB, Guam DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Design-Build project to repair the Installation Command Post Radio and Antenna System. This project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of four (4) Government Furnished Contractor Installed (GFCI) antennas and associated mounting brackets on the roof which includes the installation of conduits running from the antennas to Radio Room 131. This project will also include installation of conduits and associated fittings from Room 131 to Room 123, Room 143, and Room 110 with the installation of GFCI cables, pull boxes, cable trays, associated hardware, associated grounding, and bonding, required testing, firestopping, associated drilling and concrete scanning, and restoration of affected areas. Room 123 requires a minimum of 12 cables, Room 143 requires minimum of 6 cables, and Room 110 requires minimum of 2 cables. Facility will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01. This project will comply with Department of Defense antiterrorism/force protection requirements per Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-01. Tentative period of performance is 210 calendar days. MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204(c): $100,000 and $250,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen AFB, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 210 Calendar Days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside.
