DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Design-Build project to repair and renovate Buildings 680, 681, 682A, 683, and 686. Work is inclusive of, but not limited to, replacement of circuit breaker and wires, replacement of water treatment system, installation of new piping system, booster pumps, variable frequency drives and SCADA system, new painting and coating for walls, roof, installation of manual hoist system for each building, new aluminum door and rollup doors and provide new wires, conduit and lighting fixtures. Tentative period of performance is 550 calendar days. MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen Air Force Base, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 550 Calendar Days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Services Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
