Description of Work: The contractor will repair Building 26006, encompassing both the Top of the Rock (TOR) area and portions of the United Service Organizations (USO) center. The renovations contribute to the primary objective of the TOR obtaining full kitchen and service functionality given its new equipment and degraded current state. Renovations will be dependent on the results of an electrical survey, completed by the contractor, of the entire B26006 facility. The survey will update electrical documentation outdated by over three decades. If the current electrical system cannot support the new equipment, an appropriate upgrade of the electrical capabilities will be included in the renovations. The remainder of renovations include replacing the fire alarm system and degraded portions of the fire suppression, inspecting and, if needed, replacing Ansul System Fire Suppression components shall be in compliance with UFC 03-601-2, replacing the kitchen exhaust fans, and repairing any damage to the ceiling. MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204(f): $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen AFB, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 306 Calendar Days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million.
